$70.00 – $630.00
I am now teaching both in-person and online. In-person lessons offer the benefit of hands-on guidance. Online work focuses on the essential thinking skills that are at the heart of the Alexander Technique. Either way, you’ll learn to notice and be more aware of your habits of movement, and make beneficial changes that will improve how you move and how you feel. With either option, strategies for working independently will help you develop and support your practice and understanding of the work over time.
$13.00 – $55.00
This weekly 40-minute online drop-in group is a time to practice concepts of the Alexander Technique in a fun and engaging way. Easy movement explorations, discussion and camaraderie with a group will inspire your practice of the work. Some prior experience of the Alexander Technique is helpful.
