Individual Lessons (in person) and Online Movement Coaching Sessions


I am now teaching both in-person and online. In-person lessons offer the benefit of hands-on guidance. Online sessions focus on the essential thinking skills that are at the heart of the Alexander Technique. Either way, you’ll learn to notice and be more aware of your habits of movement, and make beneficial changes that will improve how you move and how you feel. With either option, strategies for working independently will help you develop and support your practice and understanding of the work over time.
